- Ground beef (Halal) - 250 grams
- BBQ sauce - 100 ml
- Shredded cheddar cheese - 100 grams
- Sour cream - 50 grams
- Chopped green onions - 30 grams
- Jalapeños (sliced) - 30 grams
- Chopped tomatoes - 100 grams
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the ground beef, cooking until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Drain any excess fat from the beef, then season with salt, black pepper, and mix in the BBQ sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
