Ingredients

  • Tortilla chips - 150 grams
  • Ground beef (Halal) - 250 grams
  • BBQ sauce - 100 ml
  • Shredded cheddar cheese - 100 grams
  • Sour cream - 50 grams
  • Chopped green onions - 30 grams
  • Jalapeños (sliced) - 30 grams
  • Chopped tomatoes - 100 grams
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the ground beef, cooking until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Drain any excess fat from the beef, then season with salt, black pepper, and mix in the BBQ sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  4. On a baking tray, spread out the tortilla chips evenly.
  5. Spoon the BBQ beef mixture over the tortilla chips, then sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
