Ingredients
- Beef sirloin - 300 grams, cut into 2.5 cm cubes
- Red bell pepper - 1 medium, cut into 2.5 cm pieces
- Green bell pepper - 1 medium, cut into 2.5 cm pieces
- Red onion - 1 medium, cut into wedges
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Wooden skewers - 4, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Steps
- In a large bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, black pepper, salt, and lemon juice to create the marinade.
- Add the cubed beef sirloin to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- While the beef is marinating, prepare the vegetables by cutting the red and green bell peppers and red onion into 2.5 cm pieces.
- After marinating, thread the beef and vegetables alternately onto the soaked wooden skewers, starting and ending with beef.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the beef is cooked to your desired doneness.
- Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your BBQ Beef Kebabs!
