- Smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Dried thyme - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Apple cider vinegar - 2 tablespoons
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Water - 100 ml
Steps
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, dried thyme, salt, black pepper, apple cider vinegar, and honey to create a marinade.
- Add the rabbit pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or preferably, overnight.
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- Remove the rabbit from the marinade and let excess marinade drip off. Reserve the remaining marinade for basting.
