- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- Smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Sea salt - 1 teaspoon
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh rosemary - 1 sprig, chopped
Steps
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, sea salt, honey, and chopped rosemary to create a marinade.
- Place the goose breast in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Ensure the meat is well-coated, seal the bag or cover the dish, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 200°C).
- Remove the goose breast from the marinade and let it sit at room temperature for 15 minutes.
- Place the goose breast skin-side down on the grill and cook for 15-20 minutes.
- Flip the goose breast and continue grilling for another 15-20 minutes, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 75°C.
- Remove from the grill and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
