Ingredients

  • Ground beef (80/20) - 250 grams
  • Almond flour - 30 grams
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • BBQ sauce (sugar-free) - 100 grams
  • Fresh parsley (chopped) - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, almond flour, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
  3. Mix well with your hands until fully combined.
  4. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 3 cm in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through and browned.
  6. While the meatballs are baking, heat the sugar-free BBQ sauce in a small saucepan over low heat until warmed.
  7. Once the meatballs are done, remove them from the oven and toss them in the warmed BBQ sauce.
  8. Serve the meatballs hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.
