- Ground beef (80/20) - 250 grams
- Almond flour - 30 grams
- Egg - 1 large
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
- BBQ sauce (sugar-free) - 100 grams
- Fresh parsley (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, almond flour, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Mix well with your hands until fully combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 3 cm in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through and browned.
- While the meatballs are baking, heat the sugar-free BBQ sauce in a small saucepan over low heat until warmed.
- Once the meatballs are done, remove them from the oven and toss them in the warmed BBQ sauce.
- Serve the meatballs hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.
