  • Chicken thighs - 400 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Apple cider vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Honey - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Gluten-free barbecue sauce - 100 grams
  • Fresh parsley - for garnish

Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade, letting excess marinade drip off. Discard the remaining marinade.
  5. Place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).
  6. During the last few minutes of grilling, brush the chicken with gluten-free barbecue sauce.
  7. Once cooked, remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
