- Smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Gluten-free barbecue sauce - 100 grams
- Fresh parsley - for garnish
Steps
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade, letting excess marinade drip off. Discard the remaining marinade.
