- Jalapeño - 1, thinly sliced (optional)
- Low-fat mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Honey - 1 teaspoon
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper, then grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
