- Parmesan cheese - 20 grams, grated (optional)
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any yellow or damaged leaves.
- Cut the Brussels sprouts in half lengthwise.
- In a large bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the sprouts are well coated.
