Ingredients

  • Chicken breast - 400 grams
  • Balsamic vinegar - 60 ml
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Dijon mustard - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh rosemary - 1 teaspoon, chopped

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine balsamic vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, salt, black pepper, and chopped rosemary. Whisk until well blended.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Remove chicken from the marinade, reserving the marinade for later.
  4. Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).
  5. In the last few minutes of cooking, pour the reserved marinade over the chicken and let it glaze for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Remove the chicken from the heat and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
