- Chicken breast - 400 grams
- Balsamic vinegar - 60 ml
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Dijon mustard - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Fresh rosemary - 1 teaspoon, chopped
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine balsamic vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, salt, black pepper, and chopped rosemary. Whisk until well blended.
- Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Remove chicken from the marinade, reserving the marinade for later.
- Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).
- In the last few minutes of cooking, pour the reserved marinade over the chicken and let it glaze for 2-3 minutes.
- Remove the chicken from the heat and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
