- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Balsamic vinegar - 100 ml
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Burger buns - 2
- Fresh arugula - 1 cup
- Goat cheese - 50 grams
- Tomato - 1, sliced

Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Form the mixture into two burger patties.
- Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat and add a drizzle of olive oil. Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired doneness.

- Toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.
- Assemble the burgers by placing each patty on a bottom bun, drizzling the balsamic glaze over the top, and adding arugula, goat cheese, tomato slices, and red onion. Top with the other half of the bun.
