- Almond flour - 1 cup
- Mozzarella cheese (shredded) - 1 cup
- Cream cheese - 2 tablespoons
- Egg - 1 large
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Fresh figs (sliced) - 1/2 cup
- Balsamic glaze - 2 tablespoons
- Arugula - 1 cup
- Parmesan cheese (shaved) - 2 tablespoons
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, shredded mozzarella, cream cheese, egg, olive oil, baking powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until a dough forms.
- Place the dough on a piece of parchment paper and shape it into a pizza crust (about 10 inches in diameter).
- Transfer the crust on the parchment paper to a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
