  • Almond flour - 1 cup
  • Mozzarella cheese (shredded) - 1 cup
  • Cream cheese - 2 tablespoons
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Fresh figs (sliced) - 1/2 cup
  • Balsamic glaze - 2 tablespoons
  • Arugula - 1 cup
  • Parmesan cheese (shaved) - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, shredded mozzarella, cream cheese, egg, olive oil, baking powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Place the dough on a piece of parchment paper and shape it into a pizza crust (about 10 inches in diameter).
  4. Transfer the crust on the parchment paper to a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  5. While the crust is baking, prepare the toppings. In a small bowl, mix the sliced figs with balsamic glaze.
  6. Once the crust is done, remove it from the oven and evenly distribute the fig mixture on top.
