- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Bell peppers (mixed colors) - 1 cup, chopped
- Red onion - 1/2 cup, chopped
- Zucchini - 1 medium, sliced
- Skewers - 4 (wooden or metal)
Steps
- In a bowl, combine balsamic vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Add the cubed chicken to the marinade and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
