  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Bell peppers (mixed colors) - 1 cup, chopped
  • Red onion - 1/2 cup, chopped
  • Zucchini - 1 medium, sliced
  • Skewers - 4 (wooden or metal)

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine balsamic vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Add the cubed chicken to the marinade and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
