  • Bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
  • Zucchini - 1 medium, sliced
  • Cherry tomatoes - 150 grams, halved
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Fresh basil - a handful, chopped

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine balsamic vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and add them to the marinade. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
  3. While the chicken is marinating, prepare the vegetables by slicing the bell pepper and zucchini, and halving the cherry tomatoes.
