- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Fresh basil - a handful, chopped
Steps
- In a bowl, combine balsamic vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and add them to the marinade. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
