- Honey - 30 ml
- Ground cinnamon - 1 tsp
- Phyllo pastry sheets - 2 sheets
- Unsalted butter, melted - 30 g
- Sugar - 2 tbsp
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with sugar and set aside.
- Lay the phyllo sheets on a baking tray, brushing each layer with the butter-sugar mixture. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy.
