Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Wash and slice the zucchini into thin strips, about 1 cm thick.
- In one bowl, place the all-purpose flour. In a second bowl, beat the egg. In a third bowl, mix the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Dip each zucchini strip first in the flour, shaking off the excess, then in the egg, and finally coat with the bread crumb mixture.
- Place the coated zucchini fries onto the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
- Drizzle olive oil over the fries for added crispiness.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
