Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Wash and slice the zucchini into thin rounds, approximately 3mm thick.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the zucchini slices with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
- Arrange the zucchini slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they do not overlap.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, flipping the chips halfway through, until the edges are golden and crispy.
- If using Parmesan cheese, sprinkle it over the chips for the last 2-3 minutes of baking.
