  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon (2.5g)
  • Garlic powder - 1/4 teaspoon (1g)
  • Paprika - 1/4 teaspoon (1g)
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon (1g)
  • Parmesan cheese (optional) - 2 tablespoons (10g)

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Wash and slice the zucchini into thin rounds, approximately 3mm thick.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the zucchini slices with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
  4. Arrange the zucchini slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they do not overlap.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, flipping the chips halfway through, until the edges are golden and crispy.
  6. If using Parmesan cheese, sprinkle it over the chips for the last 2-3 minutes of baking.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
