  • 30 grams shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. Slice the zucchini in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds to create boats. Place the zucchini halves in a baking dish.
  3. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, sautéing until translucent.
  4. Add the ground turkey to the skillet, breaking it up as it cooks. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until the turkey is browned.
