- Ricotta cheese - 120 grams
- Mozzarella cheese - 150 grams, shredded
- Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated

Steps
- Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
- In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook the ziti pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, sautéing until soft and translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
