  • Parmesan cheese, grated - 30 grams
  • Italian seasoning - 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh basil leaves - a handful
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. Cook the ziti pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the cooked ziti pasta with the marinara sauce and the ricotta mixture, stirring until everything is well coated.
