- Marinara sauce - 400 grams

- Mozzarella cheese - 150 grams, shredded
- Parmesan cheese - 50 grams, grated
- Italian seasoning - 1 teaspoon

Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Cook the ziti pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and diced onion, sautéing until the onion becomes translucent.
- Add the diced bell pepper and sliced mushrooms to the skillet, cooking until they are softened, about 5 minutes.
