  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped (for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges - 2 (for serving)

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the tilapia fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
