  • Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Greek yogurt - 100g (for topping)
  • Chives - 2 tablespoons, chopped (for garnish)

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Wash and scrub the sweet potatoes thoroughly to remove any dirt.
  3. Pat the sweet potatoes dry with a paper towel and pierce each potato several times with a fork.
  4. Rub the sweet potatoes with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  5. Place the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
