- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Grated Parmesan cheese - 2 tablespoons
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
- Clean the clams under cold running water, scrubbing the shells to remove any grit or sand.
- In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and chopped shallot, and sauté until softened, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add the cooked chorizo to the skillet and cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the sautéed mixture with gluten-free breadcrumbs, parsley, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine.
- Spoon the stuffing mixture into each clam shell, pressing down gently to pack it in. Place the stuffed clams on a baking sheet.
