  • Cooked chorizo sausage - 100 grams, chopped

  • Shallot - 1 small, finely chopped
  • Parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Grated Parmesan cheese - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. Clean the clams under cold running water, scrubbing the shells to remove any grit or sand.
  3. In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and chopped shallot, and sauté until softened, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add the cooked chorizo to the skillet and cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine the sautéed mixture with gluten-free breadcrumbs, parsley, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine.
