  • Fresh spinach - 150 grams
  • Canned artichoke hearts - 120 grams, drained and chopped
  • Cream cheese - 100 grams, softened
  • Sour cream - 50 grams
  • Mayonnaise - 30 grams
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
  • Mozzarella cheese - 50 grams, shredded
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add the fresh spinach and sauté until wilted, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
