- Canned artichoke hearts - 120 grams, drained and chopped
- Cream cheese - 100 grams, softened
- Sour cream - 50 grams
- Mayonnaise - 30 grams
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
- Mozzarella cheese - 50 grams, shredded
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a skillet over medium heat, add the fresh spinach and sauté until wilted, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
