  • Red pepper flakes - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Gluten-free breadcrumbs - 1/4 cup
  • Parmesan cheese (grated) - 30 grams

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, minced garlic, melted butter, olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat the shrimp evenly.
