  • salmon fillet - 200 grams
  • breadcrumbs - 50 grams
  • parmesan cheese, grated - 30 grams
  • fresh parsley, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • egg - 1 large

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, finely chop the salmon fillet and add the breadcrumbs, grated parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, garlic powder, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
