Ingredients

  • Russet potatoes - 2 medium (about 250g each)

  • Shredded cheddar cheese - 1/2 cup
  • Chopped fresh chives - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Scrub the russet potatoes under running water and pat them dry with a towel.
  3. Prick each potato several times with a fork to allow steam to escape during baking.
