Ingredients

  • Parmesan cheese - 100 grams
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Dried oregano - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and dried oregano.
  3. Spoon small mounds of the cheese mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 5 cm apart.
  4. Flatten each mound slightly with the back of a spoon to form thin circles.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the cheese has melted.
  6. Remove from the oven and let the crisps cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
