- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Fresh rosemary - 1 teaspoon, chopped
- Fresh thyme - 1 teaspoon, chopped
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a small bowl, mix the lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, pepper, and paprika to create a marinade.
- Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
