  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Dried thyme - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Lemon slices - 4 slices
  • Fresh parsley - for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
