- Halibut fillets - 300 grams
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Panko breadcrumbs - 1/4 cup
- Grated Parmesan cheese - 2 tablespoons
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped parsley, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the halibut fillets in a baking dish and brush the herb mixture evenly over the fillets.
- In another bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture generously over the top of the halibut fillets.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and the topping is golden brown.
