Ingredients

  • Halibut fillets - 300 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Panko breadcrumbs - 1/4 cup
  • Grated Parmesan cheese - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped parsley, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the halibut fillets in a baking dish and brush the herb mixture evenly over the fillets.
  4. In another bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese.
  5. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture generously over the top of the halibut fillets.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and the topping is golden brown.
