  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cherry tomatoes - 150 grams, halved
  • Capers - 1 tablespoon, drained

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika to create a marinade.
  3. Place the haddock fillets in a baking dish and pour half of the marinade over the fish, ensuring it is well coated.
  4. Arrange the cherry tomatoes and capers around the haddock in the baking dish.
  5. Pour the remaining marinade over the tomatoes and capers.
