  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
  • Fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped (for garnish)

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, then set aside.
