  • Fresh cilantro - 15 grams (1/2 cup, packed)
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Onion - 50 grams (1/4 cup, chopped)
  • Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • All-purpose flour - 30 grams (1/4 cup)
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
