Ingredients

  • Large white mushrooms - 8 pieces
  • Fresh crab meat - 150 grams
  • Cream cheese - 50 grams
  • Parmesan cheese, grated - 30 grams
  • Garlic, minced - 1 clove
  • Fresh parsley, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Bread crumbs - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Clean the mushrooms and carefully remove the stems, setting the caps aside and finely chopping the stems.
  3. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the chopped mushroom stems and minced garlic until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, combine the sautéed mushroom mixture with crab meat, cream cheese, grated Parmesan, chopped parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well until combined.
  5. Stuff each mushroom cap generously with the crab mixture and sprinkle the tops with bread crumbs.
  6. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
