- Large white mushrooms - 8 pieces
- Fresh crab meat - 150 grams
- Cream cheese - 50 grams
- Parmesan cheese, grated - 30 grams
- Garlic, minced - 1 clove
- Fresh parsley, chopped - 2 tablespoons
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Bread crumbs - 2 tablespoons
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Clean the mushrooms and carefully remove the stems, setting the caps aside and finely chopping the stems.
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the chopped mushroom stems and minced garlic until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine the sautéed mushroom mixture with crab meat, cream cheese, grated Parmesan, chopped parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well until combined.
- Stuff each mushroom cap generously with the crab mixture and sprinkle the tops with bread crumbs.
- Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
