  • Cod fillets - 300 grams
  • Cherry tomatoes - 200 grams
  • Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh basil leaves - 10 grams, chopped
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Parmesan cheese - 20 grams, grated (optional)

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a baking dish, combine the cherry tomatoes, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss them to coat evenly.
  3. Place the cod fillets on top of the tomato mixture and drizzle with lemon juice.
