- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Lemon zest - 1 teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Cherry tomatoes - 200g, halved
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, chopped parsley, chopped dill, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the cod fillets in a baking dish and brush the herb mixture evenly over the top of the fillets.
