Ingredients

  • Cod fillets - 400 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Lemon slices - 4 slices

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped parsley, oregano, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  3. Place the cod fillets in a baking dish and drizzle the herb mixture over the top, making sure they are well coated.
  4. Arrange lemon slices on top of the cod fillets.
