- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
- Lemon slices - 4 slices
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped parsley, oregano, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Place the cod fillets in a baking dish and drizzle the herb mixture over the top, making sure they are well coated.
