Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the unsweetened shredded coconut, almond flour, and sea salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the egg whites until frothy, then add the honey and vanilla extract, mixing well.
