  • Red onion - 1 small, sliced
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Dried thyme - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - ½ teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and coat them evenly with the marinade.
