  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Dried thyme - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons (chopped, for garnish)

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, dried thyme, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to create a marinade.
  3. Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and coat them thoroughly with the marinade. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  4. Place the marinated chicken thighs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, skin side up.
