- Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Dried thyme - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons (chopped, for garnish)
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, dried thyme, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to create a marinade.
- Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and coat them thoroughly with the marinade. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
