  • Chili powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Fresh lime juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Whole wheat tortillas - 2

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Slice the chicken breast into thin strips and place in a large bowl.
  3. Thinly slice the red and green bell peppers and the onion, then add them to the bowl with the chicken.
