- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Ground black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Rice - 1/2 cup (90 grams)
- Quinoa - 1/2 cup (90 grams)
- Water - 3 cups (720 ml)
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
- Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and add to the bowl, ensuring it is well-coated with the marinade. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
