- Cream cheese - 100 grams, softened
- Shredded mozzarella cheese - 100 grams
- Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped (for garnish)
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
- In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté until the onion is translucent.
- Add the diced chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
