Ingredients

  • Chicken breast - 300 grams
  • Broccoli florets - 200 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Parmesan cheese - 30 grams
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and coat them evenly with the seasoning mixture.
  4. Place the seasoned chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. In the same bowl, toss the broccoli florets with a little more olive oil, salt, and pepper, then spread them around the chicken on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
  7. After 20 minutes, remove the baking sheet from the oven and sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the chicken and broccoli.
  8. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature of 75°C or 165°F) and the broccoli is tender.
  9. Drizzle lemon juice over the chicken and broccoli before serving.
