- Chicken breast - 300 grams
- Broccoli florets - 200 grams
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Parmesan cheese - 30 grams
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and coat them evenly with the seasoning mixture.
- Place the seasoned chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In the same bowl, toss the broccoli florets with a little more olive oil, salt, and pepper, then spread them around the chicken on the baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes, remove the baking sheet from the oven and sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the chicken and broccoli.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature of 75°C or 165°F) and the broccoli is tender.
- Drizzle lemon juice over the chicken and broccoli before serving.
