  • canned artichoke hearts - 200 grams, drained and chopped
  • Greek yogurt - 100 grams
  • low-fat cream cheese - 50 grams, softened
  • shredded mozzarella cheese - 50 grams
  • grated Parmesan cheese - 20 grams
  • garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • olive oil - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped artichoke hearts, Greek yogurt, softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, lemon juice, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper.
