Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Core the apples, making sure not to pierce the bottom, and create a cavity for the filling.
- In a small bowl, mix together the maple syrup, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, gluten-free oats, and chopped walnuts.
- Stuff each apple with the oat and walnut mixture, pressing down lightly to pack it in.
