Steps
- Preheat your oven to 120°C (250°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Wash and dry the apples. Use a mandoline or a sharp knife to slice the apples into thin, even rounds (about 2-3 mm thick).
- Remove the seeds and core from the apple slices using a small knife or an apple corer.
- In a small bowl, mix together the cinnamon and sugar (if using).
- Toss the apple slices in lemon juice to prevent browning, then sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over the slices.
- Arrange the apple slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, making sure they do not overlap.
