Ingredients

  • Medjool Dates - 12 pieces
  • Bacon - 12 slices
  • Cream Cheese - 60 grams
  • Chopped Walnuts - 30 grams
  • Fresh Rosemary - 1 teaspoon, chopped
  • Black Pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Slice each Medjool date lengthwise and remove the pit.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese, chopped walnuts, rosemary, and black pepper until well combined.
  4. Stuff each date with about 5 grams of the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Cut each slice of bacon in half, and wrap one half around each stuffed date, securing it with a toothpick if necessary.
  6. Place the bacon-wrapped dates on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
