- Bacon - 12 slices

Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Slice each Medjool date lengthwise and remove the pit.
- In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese, chopped walnuts, rosemary, and black pepper until well combined.
- Stuff each date with about 5 grams of the cream cheese mixture.
- Cut each slice of bacon in half, and wrap one half around each stuffed date, securing it with a toothpick if necessary.
- Place the bacon-wrapped dates on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and golden brown.
