  • Ground beef (80/20) - 300 grams
  • Bacon - 4 strips
  • Avocado - 1 medium, sliced
  • Cheddar cheese - 2 slices
  • Burger buns - 2
  • Lettuce leaves - 2
  • Tomato - 1 medium, sliced
  • Red onion - 1/4, sliced
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the ground beef with salt and black pepper, then form it into two equal patties.
  3. Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy, then remove and drain on paper towels.
  4. In the same skillet, cook the beef patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium doneness, adding a slice of cheddar cheese on top during the last minute to melt.
